Is it really that hard?

When you need help on fanfiction.net, there are three e-mail locations to choose through. Click on help, click on support, and you have three e-mails:

• New Categories/Characters
• Report Member Abuse/Spam
• General Support

The first one is for anything new. Not all of watch the annonymus shows or read anonymous books, but if it exist and there is an audience and it's not on the site, then send a mail and in a month it will appear like magic.


The second one is if someone or something annoys you, you can complain about it. We might not solve the problem (a. k. a. unless you include some actually reason, we probably won't care), but you have the option.


The third one is for everything else not included in the two above problems.

A lot of other problems.

All other problems.

So why do complaints about people and why this isn't there are in the general?!
